The Tools We Use:

Our Setup:

We use 3 email addresses per domain. Each of these addresses goes through a warm-up process before being used for cold mailing. We start with 5 emails per day and gradually increase to 33 emails per day, reaching 99 emails per day per domain. With the metrics provided, we achieve up to 1,500 monthly impressions, up to 300 monthly clicks, and 7 to 8 sales per month per domain.

The cost per customer is approximately $15.

How We Proceed:

  1. Domain Setup:

    • We purchase a domain through our Hostinger plan, which is used exclusively for cold mailing.
    • We set up three mailboxes for this domain, connecting them to a free Google Mail account.
    • We configure DKIM, SPF, etc., and connect the three email addresses with the Leadwarm tool.

  2. Warm-Up Process:

    • The email addresses undergo a warm-up process where emails are sent back and forth. We keep the emails in warm-up until they achieve a score of 90 points.

  3. Preparing Leads and Cold Mails:

    • Using Plentiful-Leads.com, we search for businesses that could benefit from our service. We export these leads, filter by companies with email addresses, and briefly review the lists to check the companies.
    • We then create lists of around 200 contacts (which lasts about a week per email address during full sendout).

  4. Email Preparation:

    • We collect potential email subject lines in an Excel spreadsheet to later compare the open rates of these subjects.
    • We also prepare our email text, keeping it as brief and concise as possible, and use the Mailmeteor spam checker 

  5. Campaign Execution:

    • Once the email addresses have completed the warm-up, we switch to the free plan on Leadwarm to maintain a light warm-up during the sendout phase.
    • We link the email addresses with Mailmeteor, upload our lead lists, and build our campaigns. We start with a sendout of 5 emails per day and increase this over a period of 14 days to 33 emails per day per address.

  6. Weekly Review:

    • Since the lead lists with 200 contacts last about a week per email, we have a fixed day each week to review the open rates with the subject lines and the CTR with the email text. We determine the best-performing subject and text and incorporate variations into new campaigns.


The entire setup can be completed in a single day, with ongoing maintenance taking about an hour per week.
